HOIAN STUDIO is a production studio in Hanoi, Vietnam — not a factory, and not a fashion brand. We run our own sample studio and coordinate a network of mills, satellite workshops and craftspeople built since 2019. That lets us work at the scale independent brands need, from a single sample to repeat production.

Hoi An is Vietnam's heritage tailoring town, where natural fiber craft has been passed down for generations. Our name carries that spirit. Our operation lives in Hanoi: a managed sample studio coordinating a network built over six years.

A studio, not a factory
Capacity that scales
A single factory has fixed lines and fixed minimums. A coordinated network lets us place 50 pieces or 1,000 with the workshop best suited to the garment.
One standard
Every workshop works from the sample approved in our Hanoi studio. In-line checks at 30%, 70% and 100% completion keep each batch to that standard.
Development in-house
Because sampling happens in our own studio, you don't need a designer or a finished tech pack to start. We build it with you.
Natural fibers only
We focus on woven linen, ramie, mulberry silk and cotton. Fabric source documentation and OEKO-TEX testing are available on request.
You talk to the founder
Every order is handled directly by our founder, Dung Nguyen. No brokers and no account-manager hand-offs, from the first brief to the final shipment.
Come and see us
Traveling buyers are welcome at the studio by appointment, with Friday and Saturday slots. We also run 30-minute Zoom walkthroughs for brands who can't travel.

Are you a factory?
No. We are a production studio: our own sample studio in Hanoi, plus a network of three to five vetted satellite workshops for bulk production.
Where is bulk production done?
Samples are made in our Hanoi studio. Bulk sewing is done at our vetted satellite workshops in Vietnam, against the sample approved in our studio, with our own quality checks during and after production.
Where are you located?
Hanoi, Vietnam (GMT+7). We work with brands in the US, EU, APAC and other international markets.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes, by appointment. From Monday to Saturday slots are available for traveling buyers.
Who will I work with?
