Tech pack
We turn your sketch or reference into technical drawings and a working tech pack: measurements, construction, fabric and trims. You keep the tech pack.
Patterns & grading
Patterns are made in our Hanoi studio and graded across the size range you need. Multiple lengths within one style are possible.
Fabric sourcing
Linen, ramie, silk, cotton and natural blends from Vietnamese, Indian, Chinese and European mills. Swatches for approval before anything is cut; 14–21 days including dye-lab testing. Hand-drawn, digital or jacquard prints, with a strike-off first.
Fitting & production sample
We review fit, construction and finishing, adjust, and ship the sample to you by DHL Express or UPS with fabric documentation. The approved sample becomes the production standard.

Fabric sourcing and sample shipping are usually the longest steps. Tell us your launch date at the start and we plan backwards from it.
Checked at every stage
We check garments before, during and after production: in-line checks at 30%, 70% and 100% completion, photo and video updates on request, and a final inspection before shipment.
Your designs stay yours
Artwork, prints, patterns and technical files you share are treated as confidential and never used for other clients without your written permission. Styles developed for you are not sold to anyone else.

Yes. Send sketches, photos or a sample garment. We create the technical drawings and tech pack during development.
Can you develop clothing from a sketch?
Yes. A rough sketch with notes on fabric, fit and length is enough to start.
How long does a clothing sample take?
3–5 working days per sample once the brief and fabric are confirmed. Custom fabric sourcing (14–21 days) or printing adds time.
How much does a sample cost?
From USD 100 per style, depending on complexity. Shipping is quoted separately.
How many revisions are included?
Up to two rounds of adjustments are included in the sample fee.
Can I see a sample before committing to production?
