Our name carries the spirit of Hoi An — Vietnam's heritage tailoring town, where natural fiber craft has been honed for generations. Our operation lives in Hanoi: a managed sample studio plus three to five vetted satellite production partners, each chosen for consistency, speed, and willingness to work at the scale independent boutique brands actually need.

We're not a brand pretending to be a factory, or a factory pretending to be a brand. We're a studio — and we work the way studios do.

Six years of natural fiber production. Two hundred styles in our archive. A production network built over six years — mill partnerships, vetted satellite factory partners, dedicated craftsman freelancers — coordinated from our managed Hanoi sample studio.     Email us with brand info, target line, target launch, estimated volume. We review and reply within 24 hours with capabilities, MOQ, and rough pricing.

    Quote & sample brief

    Day 3–7

    We send a detailed quote, fabric swatch options, and confirm tech-pack or design direction. Sample order placed.

  3. 03

    Sample production

    Day 7–14

    Sample produced in our Hanoi studio. Shipped DHL Express to you with full fabric documentation. Adjustments included up to 2 rounds.

    Order confirmation & deposit

    Day 14–21

    Sample approved → PO issued → 50% deposit invoice sent. Production scheduled.

  5. 05

    Bulk production

    Day 21–80

    In-line QC at 30%, 70%, and 100% completion. Photo/video updates on request. Final inspection + balance payment before shipment.

    Shipping & delivery

    Day 80–95

    DHL Express or sea freight from Hanoi. We provide HS codes, commercial invoice, and packing list. Door-to-door delivery available.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is 50 pcs per style for production orders. We offer flexibility on first orders or capsule lines — email us with your specific situation. Sample orders below MOQ are available with a sample surcharge.

What are your lead times?

Samples: ≤7 working days from approved brief.
Production: 45–60 days after sample approval and 50% deposit.
Shipping: 7–10 days DHL Express, 25–40 days sea freight from Hanoi.

What payment methods do you accept?

Wire transfer (USD): primary method for production orders.
PayPal: accepted for sample orders.
Credit card via Shopify: available for orders under $5,000 USD.
50% deposit required to start production, balance due before shipment.

Do you private-label or white-label?

Yes. We produce under your brand label — custom woven labels, hangtags, care labels, and packaging are all available. Provide your brand assets and we'll source matching materials. Add 7–10 days to lead time for custom label sourcing.

Can you source custom fabrics?

Yes. We work with Vietnamese, Indian, and European mills. Send us your fabric specs (composition, gsm, hand-feel reference) and we source matching options. Allow 14–21 days for fabric sourcing and dye-lab testing.

What about duties, customs, and shipping costs?

Duties and customs clearance are buyer responsibility. We provide commercial invoice, HS codes, and packing list with every shipment. For US buyers, typical DHL Express runs $3–6 USD per pc; sea freight runs $0.50–1.50 per pc for full carton orders.

Can I commission you to design from scratch?

Yes. We offer full design-to-finished-product service. Share your brand mood board, target customer, and price point — we develop sketches, fabric direction, fit and grading, then samples and production. Design fee starts at $400 USD per style, credited toward production order over 200 pcs.

What's your pricing range?

Resort wear pieces typically range $12–35 USD wholesale, depending on fabric, construction complexity, and order volume. We send detailed quotes after the initial brief. Volume discounts kick in at 100, 250, and 500 pcs per style.

Do you offer territory exclusivity?

For custom-designed styles commissioned through our design service, yes — we don't sell that exact style to other clients. For wholesale of existing portfolio styles, we can negotiate territory-based exclusivity (US, EU, etc.) for committed annual volume.

How do I start an order with you?
